Marketing/Sales Intern (Summer Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
• Aid with logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
• Help prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials
• Partner with sales enablement on campaign creation, follow-up, and tracking
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot AI tools to generate content ideas and improve workflows
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement
• Aid in tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and supporting campaign execution

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong writing and proofreading abilities
• Organized with strong attention to detail
