About The Role As a Project Management intern, you will assist the project managers and project controllers on the portfolio of projects. You will report to the Global Fuels Engineering Operations Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027. Key Responsibilities Help organize project tasks, timelines, and deliverablesSupport project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and action itemsTrack progress against project milestones and update project dashboardsCoordinate communication between team members and partnersHelp identify risks and issues and escalate them to the project managerParticipate in project meetings and contribute to discussionsMaintain project files and ensure version control of important documentsLearn and apply project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Support project processes following Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR) Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or related technical disciplineCompleted Sophomore year of collegeFamiliar with the Project Management Institute (PMI®)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge, project management concepts, and project management tools We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
