About the role
Ram Realty Advisors LLC ("Ram") is a real estate investment management firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and grocery-anchored retail in select high-growth markets throughout the Southeast. The firm’s portfolio comprises assets across the investment risk spectrum, including core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. Over eight weeks, you'll work on live deals alongside our Development, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the full real estate lifecycle, from identifying a site and underwriting the opportunity to seeing how a stabilized property actually performs. You'll leave with real technical skills, a deep understanding of at least one market, and work product you can talk about in any future interview.
