Job Responsibilities
- Aid the Site Manager in preparing and serving meals safely at the service site.
- Ensure all meals served are complete and comply with meal pattern requirements.
- Serve children in accordance with state department of education and USDA regulations for the Summer Food Service for Children.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and Summer Feeding Program Supervisor/Monitor to meet participant needs.
- Supervise children gathering at school grounds before, during, and after the program ends.
- Enforce behavior rules for participants and supervise them during meal service to maintain a pleasant environment.
- Attend to the general maintenance of the feeding area after meal service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager and/or Program Supervisor/Monitor.
