Summer Day Camp Counselor Positions - Camp Pikati

About the role

Camp Pikati is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Summer Day Camp Counselors for the 2026 Summer season. Counselors will be responsible for leading activities, supervising campers, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise campers in various activities including traditional camp games, sports, arts and crafts, swimming, relay races, archery, and camp-wide special themes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.
• Collaborate with other counselors and staff to plan and implement daily schedules and activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camper progress and any necessary updates.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Passing background check
• Experience working with children
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
