Summer Camp Staff

About the Role

Join our summer camp staff at one of four amazing resident camps in the Cascade Pacific Council. Roles include program instructors, wranglers, lifeguards, kitchen staff, medics, and more. Whether you're new to Scouting or a seasoned camper, if you love the outdoors and working with youth, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support fun, outdoor activities for youth ages 5–9 or 11-17
• Be a positive role model and team player
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and memorable camp experience
• Live and work on-site (housing provided)

Requirements

• Must be 16+ by the start of camp
• Enjoy working outdoors and with kids
• Available for the full summer season
• Training and certifications provided
• No prior Scouting experience needed

All hired staff must become registered members of Scouting America, successfully complete a criminal background check (required for applicants age 18+), follow all Youth Protection and safety policies, and uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
