Summer Camp Serve Crew

Camp Baldwin is a Christian camp and retreat ministry of the Baldwin Baptist Association in Baldwin County, Alabama. We are located on beautiful Wolf Bay in Elberta, Alabama near Gulf Shores and Orange Beach white sandy beaches and tourist attractions. We are offering an opportunity for students ages 18-24 to serve churches from around the southeast in a fun summer camp environment. Our Serve Crew members work in all areas of camp ministry including recreation, food services, housekeeping, etc. Qualifications Must be spiritually mature and enjoy serving others Must enjoy working with children and youth Must be able to interact with camp staff, campers, and group leaders with Christ-like attitude Responsibilities Serve in all areas of camp ministry including recreation, food services and housekeeping Live on campus at Camp Baldwin with salary, housing, meals, uniforms, training provided Participate in weekly worship services and Bible study with camp staff Benefits Position includes weekly salary, on campus housing, most meals, uniforms, training (Additional $25 per week for certified lifeguards that serve full summer) Typically one off day per week Live close to beaches and tourist destinations near Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama Summer Employment Dates: Full Summer –May 25-August 2, 2025 (Financial BONUS if serve full summer)* (FULL SUMMER PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED) Partial Summer Session A –May 25-June 28* // Partial Summer Session B –June 29-August 2* All summer staffers must attend summer staff training event May 22-24 at Camp Baldwin in Elberta, Alabama For more information or questions, contact Assistant Director Shelby Jimenez at sjimenez@campbaldwin.org.
