About the role
The Summer Aviation & STEM Program Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that engage students in aviation and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum for aviation and STEM education programs.
- Engage students in hands-on activities and experiments related to aviation and STEM.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures during program activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, STEM, education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching aviation or STEM subjects, preferably in a formal educational setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for aviation and STEM education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of aviation principles and STEM concepts.
- Experience with educational technology tools.
