Summer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver all assigned project tasks on time, meeting quality standards and project timelines.
• Utilize standard processes, templates, and tools to consistently prepare high-quality client materials.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, or delays that could impact project outcomes.
• Perform pricing-related and ad hoc data analysis using Excel, Power Pivot, and other analytical tools with strong attention to detail.
• Prepare routine reports and analyses to support clients, actively incorporate feedback, and use effective listening and questioning to understand client needs.
• Leverage approved AI-enabled tools and other workplace technologies, as appropriate, to improve productivity, enhance the quality of work, and support informed decision-making while maintaining accountability for all work products.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, contribute to team deliverables, and proactively manage the quality of individual work.
• Demonstrate company culture and core values through behavior and interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Embrace feedback and continuously seek improvement in personal and team performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Actively enrolled in an accredited university, entering the final year of studies prior to graduation. Relevant fields of study include business, finance, management, economics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, data analytics, mathematics, engineering, computer science or a related field.
• Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively manage context and prompts to optimize output of AI-tools, evaluate and validate their outputs, use sound professional judgment while safeguarding confidential information and adhering to company policies and professional standards, energetic and driven with a strong sense of personal responsibility, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ability to travel up to 10%.
