About the role
Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10‑week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real‑world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it’s like to work here full‑time, delivering a best‑in‑class program experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community while receiving critical training and development to become a future Fidelity associate.
Responsibilities
- Updating financial and statistical information
- Automating processes & reporting
- Analysis & working with data
- Understanding how money moves through Fidelity
- Financial modeling
- Working in Excel, manipulating data, using formulas and pivot tables
- Back‑of‑the‑office role with no client‑facing interaction
Requirements
- Current college undergraduate student who will return to coursework after the summer internship

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $20 – $32 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Schedule
Full‑time, 10‑week program from June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.
