About the role

As a transaction advisory intern, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data. You will participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers and help identify potential issues important to our clients' investment decisions. You'll be able to apply your education in a hands-on, fast-paced learning environment, collaborate with associates and partners, and connect with a dedicated mentor throughout your internship.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze target company financial data using Microsoft Excel
  • Participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers
  • Identify potential issues important to clients' investment decisions
  • Apply education in a hands-on, fast-paced learning environment
  • Collaborate with associates and partners
  • Connect with a dedicated mentor

Requirements

  • Relevant transaction advisory, audit, finance, investment banking, or private equity internship experience strongly preferred
  • Must have completed Intermediate Financial Accounting I
  • Must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Availability to work in-office during the internship period
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a team
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Schedule

The internship runs from May 17, 2027 to August 20, 2027. Hours requirements are 15-40 hours per week.
