Responsibilities

• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts
• Prepare detailed financial analysis to assist clients in evaluating acquisition decisions
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to acquire and assess important information for financial analysis
• Assist with the development and review of financial reports to determine the quality of historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquired
• Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
• Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication and analytical skills

Pay

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $33.00 – $36.00 per hour.
