Summer 2027 Technical Support Internship

Elire is currently in search of a Summer 2027 Technical Support Internship to join our Operations team during the Summer of 2027. The individual in this role will assist in help desk/technical support situations, i.e. configurations, networks, systems, hardware and other IT tasks critical to Elire. Role Overview: Position is based at Elire’s Minneapolis officeIndividual will work independently as well as in a team settingIndividual provides support to employees, consultants, and all internal departmentsInternship can be for up to 40 hours per week and is paid As a Tech Support Intern your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Understand and set up employee laptops including understanding employee software needs Support the Administrator in Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Support the Administrator in additional business applications, including Salesforce and other SaaS platforms used by the organization. Help with and track IT assets Main Office & Remote Technical Support and Corporate Desktop Support: Support new employee onboarding and offboarding IT needsProvide end-user desktop support and troubleshooting assistance System Management and Administration: Monitor our Cloud based systems and serve as the point person for support tickets and issue resolution Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication skills Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detailStrong analytical skills with problem solving abilitiesProven sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environmentActively pursuing degree in IT related field – Computer Science, MIS, IT Technology, etc. All applicants must also meet the following requirements: Legally able to work for any employer in the USExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English Elire is a business and IT consulting firm based in Minneapolis, MN.
