Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our NYC OCIO team to assist with daily tasks focused on delivering client outcomes. We provide outsourced investment services to endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. As an intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to three NYC OCIO teams: the Client Services team, the Operations, Accounting and Finance team, and the administrative team. You may assist all NYC OCIO teams with client reporting, month-end close and audit support, and client material preparation. This is a paid internship program (30-40 hours/week) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for authentic exposure to the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team in monitoring client correspondence. This may include, but is not limited to, daily review of emails, retrieving and saving documents (such as capital call and distribution notices, tax documents, audited financial statement, K1, performance, capital account statements, monthly/quarterly letters, etc.), creating reminders to ensure timely action is taken.
