Summer 2027 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Spokane
About the role
Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time, 12-week program designed for university/college students who will be rising seniors in the upcoming semester and set to graduate between July 2027 and June 2028. You’ll gain real-world business and leadership experience while working alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment. The internship runs from either May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027 or June 14, 2027 – September 3, 2027 (dates are non-negotiable). This role is located in the Spokane, WA area and surrounding cities including Coeur d’Alene, Spokane Valley, and Sandpoint.
Responsibilities
- Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers
- Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition
- Be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualifications
- Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a college or university in Washington state, graduating between July 2027 and June 2028
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a 12-week commitment beginning May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than two civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Pay
Hourly compensation is $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week program with two start-date options: May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027 or June 14, 2027 – September 3, 2027.
