Summer 2027 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Olympia

About the role

Enterprise’s Management Internship is a paid, full-time program designed for rising college seniors. From day one you’ll take on the same challenges as first- and second-year professionals, working alongside a close-knit team to build real-world business and leadership skills. The internship runs 12 weeks with two non-negotiable start-date options: May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027 or June 14, 2027 – September 3, 2027. This role is based in the Olympia, WA area (including Lakewood, Lacey, and West Olympia).

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and handle customer interactions on a daily basis.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers through team-based collaboration.
• Complete structured intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Earn performance incentives and referral rewards based on results.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating between July 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for a 12-week commitment starting either May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Currently attending a college or university in Washington state.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than two civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

Hourly compensation is $20 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week program with two start-date options: May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027 or June 14, 2027 – September 3, 2027.
