Summer 2027 Sales Management Trainee Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete assigned intern projects that apply learned skills.
• Participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Available to start in an orientation class on Wednesday 5/26/2027 or Monday 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in at least one of the following:
  • Customer Service – retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership – military, social, or academic organizations
  • Sports Leadership & Competition – athlete on a professional, semi‑professional, or collegiate team
• Ability to work at least 35‑40 hours per week throughout the summer internship.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residency in the Main Line / Bala Cynwyd area for the duration of the internship.

Pay

$18.00 per hour (paid internship).

Schedule

Full‑time, 35‑40 hours per week, from the start date (5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027) through 8/13/2027.
