Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge and gain experience in a fast‑paced, growing industry setting
• Implement new ideas, be constantly challenged, and develop your skills
• Network with key/high‑level stakeholders and leaders of the business
• Be part of an innovative team and culture
• Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear format
• Work in one of the following Quality Engineering teams:
  • Advanced Quality (AQE): engineering projects related to new product development – human factors engineering, risk management, application of statistics, reliability engineering, design verification, design validation including customer interaction.
  • Process Quality (PQE): collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product sustainment; perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions; use CAD for fixture design, LabView, validation activities to optimize production, inspection, and quality system processes.
  • Supplier Quality (SQE): work closely with suppliers to ensure components and manufacturing processes meet required standards; use technical background and communication skills to influence suppliers; meet with suppliers frequently, work with internal customers across functions.
  • Quality: partner with internal cross‑functional teams, external sales and customers to develop and sustain high‑quality products; evaluate risk, meet user needs, drive craftsmanship, safety, durability, reliability; handle complaints, implement design changes with regulatory.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree‑seeking program after the internship
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment‑based sponsorship now or in the future

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Majors targeted: Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors

Pay

$20 minimum hourly wage – $35 maximum hourly wage; sign‑on bonus offered.
