About the role

C&S Companies is a national planning, design, and construction firm with more than 600 employees and growing. For more than 50 years we have been delivering critical infrastructure design, planning and construction services in aviation, civil/site infrastructure, construction and program management, construction/design-build, energy, environmental, facilities, architecture, planning, sustainability, and transportation. We have offices throughout New York State, California, Florida, Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Washington, and Kentucky. At C&S Companies, we believe a supportive work environment, strong culture, and opportunities to grow are essential to a rewarding career. Our size allows us to provide guidance and resources without the bureaucracy of a large corporate environment. We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and employee-focused workplace built on integrity, trust, accountability, and fun. This commitment extends to our Internship Program, which gives college students hands-on experience applying their technical studies and learning the ins and outs of the A/E industry. Interns take on meaningful projects that complement their academic work, helping them transition smoothly from student to professional.

As an intern on our Aviation team, you will play a key role in supporting projects and collaborating with team members. Our internship program offers the chance to connect with leadership, work closely with mentors, and grow both professionally and technically. We also make sure to have fun – through company events, intern socials, and team bonding, our interns truly become part of our ONE C&S mentality. Exceptional interns may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after the internship, launching their career with us and continuing to grow within C&S.
