Sulferox Supervisor

About the role

The Sulferox Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations, managing shutdowns, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gather an in-depth understanding of Sulferox Operations
• Schedule and execute two planned shutdowns for gas and liquid areas
• Lead safety training and maintain OSHA compliance
• Maintain environmental obligations according to Title V operating permit
• Liaise with vendors on raw material supply and contract renewals
• Participate in waste reduction initiatives
• Use ERP system for work order and PO creation

Requirements

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a process environment
• Willingness to develop further technical and management aptitude

Qualifications

Must have a clear understanding of process flow, raw materials, and environmental monitoring. Must be familiar with OSHA laws and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Skills

Strong supervisory and technical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in ERP systems are essential.
