Levy is proud to be the Food, Beverage, and Retail partner for the Rose Quarter: Home of the Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Fire and Portland Winterhawks! Responsibilities

• Assist the Suite Captain with delivering meals and beverages to guests in suites
• Set up each suite with preordered and complimentary food & beverage product and required serving equipment
• Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Present and serve dessert cart to each suite during events
• Keep the Suite work areas and equipment clean in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
• Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
• Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
• Guest satisfaction-oriented

• Must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements
