Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and maintain all food and beverage in the Suites.
• Serve food and beverages to guests as required.
• Take beverage orders and serve accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness of Suites and work area.
• Set up Suites as directed by the Supervisor.
• Greet Suite guests and inform them of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• TABC certified and Texas Racing Commission licensed.
• Minimum 1‑year prior experience preferred.

Pay

Starting salary: $5.50 per hour.
