Suite Runner, American Family Field

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suite Runners to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

About the role

As a Suite Runner, you will be responsible for quickly responding to changing needs within the suites. This is a fast-paced role offering opportunity and the potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
• Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
• Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
