About the role

As a Suite Attendant, you will ensure premium hospitality experiences in suites during events, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates, silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance.
• Verify and set up all pre-game/event orders.
• Identify suite host and introduce yourself.
• Take and place game day food and beverage orders.
• Set up and monitor game day food and beverage orders, serving guests until the end of the event.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the suite throughout the event.
• Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner.
• Clear all items from the suite, clean all surfaces and chafing dishes, and reset the suite for the next function.
• Complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a foodservice position.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards.
• Completion of required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training.
• Knowledge of food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work of others and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, and work effectively with others.

Schedule

On-site at Florence Center, Florence, SC. Position is non-exempt and hourly.
