Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all suite holders and single game renters at games and other events.
- Inventory product and prepare it according to management and health guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites Manager.
- Perform proper customer service.
- Clean the suite after the event is over.
- Ensure prompt and friendly service.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, self-directed, personable, positive, proactive, and hardworking.
- Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and able to perform independently.
- Team player.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
