Sugarloaf Hotel Maintenance Technician (PM Shift)

Responsibilities

• Takes care of guest comfort
• Walks through building to ensure all is as it should be
• Monitors hotel hot tub
• Completes work orders (light carpentry to plumbing to painting, etc.)
• Conducts monthly checks
• Affixes to assist in and complete carpentry projects in and around hotel
• Completes any other tasks or project work as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

Qualifications

• Available nights, weekends, holidays, and possibly days if needed
• Variety of maintenance capabilities
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to exert considerable physical effort to complete tasks
• Professional and cordial at all times
