About the Role
The Substance Use Disorder Professional/ Trainee (SUD P/T) will conduct case management duties for each patient on their caseload, under the guidance of a designated supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical dependency assessments and intakes, documenting both DSM 5 and ASAM PPC2 criteria.
- Use ASAM PPC2 for continuing treatment review and discharge planning.
- Perform individual, group, and family counseling sessions under supervision.
- Develop a plan of action with the supervisor to meet requirements described in WAC 246-811-047.
- Case management duties, including but not limited to:
- Charting and treatment planning/revisions.
- Monthly status reporting and correspondence.
- Online file maintenance (reviewing/updating reporting agents, consent forms, patient demographics, and dates of service).
- Consult with other clinical staff regarding patient treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with administrative and primary care staff to:
- Schedule clients.
- Set up phase graduation/discharge reviews.
- Update treatment financials and missing dates of service.
Requirements
- Active SUDP/SUDPT credential with no enforcements.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Dual MH/SUDP credential is a plus (can provide LMHCA/LICSWA hours).
- Interest in or current knowledge of TMS treatment for depression.
- No prohibition from contracting with governmental agencies.
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Pay
$25–$35.10 hourly
