About the role

We’re looking for a Right Hand to our CEO and a Senior Mobile Engineer & Product Designer to join our team. Sudowrite is an AI writing partner designed for novelists and storytellers, helping with everything from brainstorming to drafting and revising. We’re a small, passionate team of writers and optimists who believe AI can be a phenomenal collaborator in the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and company growth (for the Right Hand role).
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications and product features that enhance the Sudowrite experience (for the Senior Mobile Engineer & Product Designer role).
• Work with a team of writers, engineers, and creatives to build AI tools that empower storytellers.
• Contribute to product vision, user experience, and technical implementation.
• Help shape the future of AI-assisted writing by iterating on feedback and innovating new features.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership, operational, or strategic role (for the Right Hand to CEO position).
• Strong background in mobile engineering and product design (for the Senior Mobile Engineer & Product Designer role).
• Passion for storytelling, writing, or creative tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
