SUD ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

About the role

The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Engagement Supervisor is responsible for managing the Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) team at TUHE and supporting them throughout the health system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRS team to provide services for patients with substance use disorders.
• Monitor CRS performance and partner with them to solve barriers to patient recovery.
• Ensure the CRS team delivers on improving recovery support services.
• Manage the CRS teams daily workflows, staffing coordination, hiring, processes, and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• 2 Years Lived Experience In D&A Recovery Required
• General Experience with Electronic Medical Records Required
• 2 years prior work/volunteer experience as a Recovery Specialist Preferred
• General Experience supervising staff or managing workflow in a behavioral health or addiction setting Preferred
• Cert Recovery Specialist License Required
