About the role

We are seeking an Engagement Supervisor to lead and manage engagement activities within our organization. The role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client engagements.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in project management or client services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
