About the role
We are seeking an Engagement Supervisor to lead and manage engagement activities within our organization. The role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client engagements.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and presentations to clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in project management or client services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
