SUD Counselor/ Counselor Trainee

Description

Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional/Trainee will provide assistance to patients undergoing medically assisted treatments and offer strategies for managing opioid addiction. Responsibilities include conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, providing individual and group counseling, developing aftercare plans, and ensuring accurate clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment
• Provides individual and group counseling services; direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals; coordinates all services throughout treatment
• Develops aftercare plans and discharge plans
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews
• Ensures accurate and current clinical records are maintained in accordance with Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics
• Performs other related duties as determined by supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be a SUDP or SUDP-T in the state of Washington
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen

Pay

Salary range: $23.48 to $25.00 per hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
