Responsibilities

• Discover the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your recruiting expertise.
• Engage with multiple clients and contribute to key solutions that benefit various areas.
• Guide important decisions by understanding best practices and recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.
• Manage and deliver projects, including leading and coaching project staff.
• Configure SAP systems and apply SAP methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure they achieve their goals.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise, as well as document system workflow steps.
• Offer insight into functional technical considerations for implementation.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter (recent) experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
• Certified in SmartRecruiter.
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiter.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

• Know everything there is to know about SuccessFactors Recruiting Management processes.
• Grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools.
• Manage and deliver projects effectively.
• Work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Have Advanced proficiency in business process analysis.
• Have Intermediate proficiency in solution design.

Skills

• Subject matter expertise with SAP Leonardo, S/4HANA, and Cloud.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP Talent & HR.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects.
• Strong business acumen and transformational leadership.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
