About the role

The role is about building the operating system behind the school success function. This includes creating playbooks, dashboards, tooling, and rhythms that help the Success team drive consistent engagement and referral growth across every school they partner with. You'll work closely with leadership to define the ideal counselor journey and make it repeatable.

Responsibilities

  • Create the data-driven foundation and ensure the right tooling, metrics, and dashboards exist to make performance and account health visible and actionable for CSMs, managers, and leadership
  • Build the infrastructure that allows the team to design, run, and scale referral growth experiments faster with better insights across different school contexts
  • Improve cross-functional execution by clarifying handoffs and reducing operational gaps across Success, Growth, Sales, Product, Ops, and Clinical
  • Stay close to counselors and CSMs, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and ship practical workflows and process improvements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, with hands-on operator experience in an early-stage environment, including in Success or Sales Operations, Founding Growth or GTM, or BizOps
  • Experience in a highly analytical role such as top-tier consulting or data analytics

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven thinking — you use data to diagnose performance, identify risks and opportunities, and inform decisions
  • Able to own ambiguous workstreams end-to-end and translate goals into execution through experimentation, clear communication, and iteration
  • Operationally excellent — clear communicator with a logical mind who gets things done and takes full ownership of outcomes
  • Thrives in ambiguity, spots non-obvious patterns, and drives quickly to root causes and action
  • Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in building and scaling operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
