Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to discuss academic progress and challenges.

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide comprehensive support services.
• Assess student needs and provide targeted interventions to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with college students or in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
