Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team
• Deliver exceptional Guest service while maintaining Subway's high standards

Requirements

• Restaurant, retail, or management experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm, leadership potential, and a strong work ethic just as much

Pay

Up to \$48,000 annually (based on experience), plus performance incentives.
