Subway Assistant Manager & Supervisor

Subway located at 1635 W. 20th Avenue in Oshkosh is hiring for the following positions: Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Shift Supervisor

• Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
• Making sandwiches to each guest's specifications
• Providing friendly, efficient guest service
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
• Assisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shift

Assistant Manager

• Recruiting, training, and developing associates
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Assisting with inventory and ordering
• Leading and motivating the team
• Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
• Making sandwiches to guest preferences
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager position
• Restaurant or sandwich shop experience is a plus but not required
