About the role
Responsible for providing educational support to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a nurturing environment. Duties include facilitating learning through play-based activities, assisting with daily routines, and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and bedtime
- Facilitate learning through play-based activities
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP)
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Pass a health clearance
- Pass a drug screening

- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
