Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Implement and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Prepare and analyze payroll data and reports
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and conduct interviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
• Experience with FMLA and ADA compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
