About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Implement and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Prepare and analyze payroll data and reports
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and conduct interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
- Experience with FMLA and ADA compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
