Substitute Teacher
Peachtree Prep and Peachtree Academy are seeking three outstanding Long-Term Substitute Teachers for Elementary classes (PreK–5th grade) to cover 6–12 week maternity-leave assignments this fall, as well as On-Call Substitute Teachers who can assist across multiple age groups at four campuses in Rockdale and Newton County.

Responsibilities
- Instruct students in the classroom according to provided lesson plans
- Create supplemental activities to keep students engaged
- Carry out classroom management
- Build connections with students
- Engage students in learning and fun activities
Requirements
- Love for children
- Ability to connect with students
- Knowledge of Google Docs
- College experience
- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, coaching, tutoring, or youth program setting
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and professional
Nice to haves
- Teaching experience or education background
- Degree preferred for older groups or subject-specific classes (Math, Spanish, Social Studies, Science, ELA)
Benefits
- $90 per full day (7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.); pay rate based on education level and experience
