Substitute Teacher

Responsibilities

• Work with groups of students in academic instruction, community service, life skills instruction, and recreational activities.
• Facilitate behavior management, team building activities, and support transporting students to and from the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Classroom or group experience with adolescents.
• Experience with and sensitivity to the needs of students from low-income, high-risk families.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to Outreach's Statement of Mission & Faith.
