- Execute lesson plans left by the absent faculty member in a way that meets the spiritual and academic needs of the students
- Appropriately integrate Biblical truth and Christian values into curriculum and instruction
- Leave thorough feedback to absent faculty regarding daily outcomes

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- Solid Biblical and theological foundation
- Desire to teach and/or experience in Christian education
