  • Instruct students effectively for appropriate levels and courses within the subject area

  • Adapt teaching methods to students’ abilities to maximize learning
  • Execute lesson plans left by the absent faculty member in a way that meets the spiritual and academic needs of the students
  • Appropriately integrate Biblical truth and Christian values into curriculum and instruction
  • Leave thorough feedback to absent faculty regarding daily outcomes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Solid Biblical and theological foundation
  • Desire to teach and/or experience in Christian education
