Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center, located in Springfield, Illinois, is dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. Responsibilities
The Academic Teacher provides students with educational and behavioral programs that will enable them to reach their fullest educational potential, while rebuilding their self-esteem.
Qualifications
- Associates degree from an accredited university or college preferred
- Two (2) years teaching experience preferred
- Valid State of Illinois elementary or secondary education substitute teaching certification
- Successful completion of CPR certification and the current patient aggression management training, including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 90 days of employment
