Responsibilities

• Create and implement instructional activities to foster meaningful learning experiences for students.
• Update and maintain all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
• Select, modify, and utilize instructional resources to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals, both verbally and in writing.
• Model professional and ethical standards when interacting with students, parents, peers, and the community.
• Ensure continuous and appropriate student growth and achievement based on age group, subject area, and program classification.
• Regularly communicate student progress and needs to students, colleagues, and parents.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Highly organized; flexible in meeting the needs of boarding students and their families.
• Ability to create lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Tech-savvy.
• Prior experience as a former student athlete.
• Experience with international education.
• NCAA and compliance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area.
• Master’s degree in relevant subject area preferred.
