About the role
The Region 9 HR Services Cooperative is seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional human resources support. This cooperative aims to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Administer benefits programs and handle related administrative tasks.
- Support managers in developing and implementing training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
