About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coordinate benefits administration and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to HR data and metrics.
- Support recruitment efforts and manage onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience working in a cooperative or non-profit setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
