Substitute Teacher

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the academic mission of Carlow University. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new academic programs and courses
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and student learning outcomes
• Assist in the recruitment and retention of high-quality faculty members
• Contribute to the overall academic success and growth of the department
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
