Substitute Teacher

About the role

Join our dynamic team of substitutes at a thriving preschool and childcare facility, serving infants through school-age students in 14 classrooms, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. As a substitute, you'll have the flexibility to work varied hours and days.

Responsibilities

As a substitute, you'll be responsible for the well-being and safety of our young students, ranging from 6 months to school age, and will be directed to lead engaging activities designed to promote their development and learning. You'll be tasked with creating a secure and nurturing environment in any of our 14 classrooms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children in your care.

Requirements

Background checks and a brief interview with our administration team are mandatory for all applicants. A brief interview with our administration team and the required background checks are necessary for all candidates.

Skills

Having prior experience working with children would be an asset, but is not a necessity. We value a caring and enthusiastic attitude, which is more important than any specific qualifications.
