Substitute School-Based Behavior Technician

Position: Substitute School-Based Behavior Technician Location: Fontana, CA As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide 1:1 support or classroom assistance at various grade levels, including: Elementary SchoolMiddle SchoolHigh School The schedule will be dependent on the daily needs of the district. What Ensemble Therapy Can Offer You $23-$28 per hour (depending on experience) Medical health coverage Employer sponsored dental and visionVacation and Paid sick time off401K retirement Voluntary coverages Employee Assistance Program Flexible spending account Duties Conduct services based upon IEP goalsCollaborate and seek guidance from case supervisors or assigned BCBA to ensure best practice with implementation of servicesImplement behavior support plans as provided by your Case manager or BCBAMaintain accurate and timely records of client's performance via data collection and clinical notes.Provide parent education as directed by your Case manager or BCBAEngage in excellent communication skills with your Case manager or BCBAAssist with toileting procedures as needed Minimum Requirements Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children with Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Severe disabilities or related treatments or experience working with children with behaviors within a classroom setting.Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clientsBe highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
