Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements
- Super flexible and available during business hours
- Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare
Responsibilities
- Embrace Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate with educators to deliver a fun, developmental curriculum
- Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents
- Collaborate with teachers and leaders to create engaging, imaginative experiences
- Observe children’s interests, ensure safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities
- Encourage social skills and positive behaviors as a role model
- Help plan a varied daily schedule, including quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and fine/gross motor adventures
