Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements
• Flexible and available during business hours
• Bonus points for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare

Responsibilities

• Embrace Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate with educators to deliver a fun, developmental curriculum
• Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents
• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to create engaging experiences for young learners
• Observe children’s interests, ensure safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities
• Encourage social skills and positive behaviors
• Help plan a varied daily schedule, including quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and motor-skill development
